Draped In Diamonds Vest: Premium Crochet Pattern

The Draped In Diamonds Crochet Vest pattern is a lacy vest that allows you show off your feminine curves, create curves in different places, hide curves, and be worn for comfort. It can be handcrafted with a soft acrylic or a natural fiber blend yarn with a subtle sparkle so you can shine like a diamond without being too bold.

Although it may look like a complicated lace pattern, it is an intermediate pattern that is a quick project for the advanced crocheter, and it’s a great project for an advanced beginner crocheter to master the chain, single crochet and double crochet stitches.

 

Size: 28″-42″ bust for sizes Small to Large; 44″-54″ bust for sizes 1X-3X

Materials: Red Heart Boutique Midnight [65% acrylic, 23% wool, 6% nylon, 6% metallic; 2.5oz (70g); 153 yards (140m): 4(5) balls, or any worsted weight yarn; stitch marker; yarn needle

Hook: size J/10 (6.00mm), or size needed to obtain gauge.

Gauge: 10 rows = 4in, 3.5 diamonds = 4in, prior to blocking. CHECK GAUGE to ensure enough material to complete the vest.

Finished dimensions after blocking (unstretched): 49.5″ Wx 29.5″ H for size S-L, 58″ W x 32″ H for size 1X-3X

Once complete, it can be worn open, with a belt, or pinned at the shoulder with your favorite brooch.
